I finished this in PChat a minute ago. I am rather proud of it too.
The scarf was mostly inspired by a long black and white stripy scarft I saw in the window of a little shop today. Unfortunately the shop was closed, otherwise I probably would have bought it.

This isn't really a character of any sort. The colours were -sorta- inspired by my fursona, although, they were kinda random.
